Cubes of good day-old bread, sliced apple, chopped sage and diced onion. Any other woody herbs. Couple of knobs of butter, salt pepper. Loosely combine and bake *seperately* until crisp. Break with a fork, add dash of turkey drippings. Serve in a pile with a spoon.
