This week’s ruling striking down Texas’s Trump-ordered gerrymander was a critical win for voters ahead of 2026.

It’s also a reminder that no gerrymander is untouchable.

Even when Republicans stack the deck against us, the will of voters can still WIN.

Let’s be clear: Republicans launched this gerrymandering crisis — and they've refused to pump the brakes for even a second. They could end this chaos tomorrow. But instead of stopping, they’re doubling down with illegal, unconstitutional maps. And voters aren't having it!

Nobody likes gerrymandering. Republicans know exactly what they need to do to end this madness—demand that Trump call off his gerrymandering scheme in Texas and elsewhere before it’s too late.

Republicans in Texas, at the behest of Abbott and Trump, are tearing down the checks and balances our democracy depends on — handing power to a small group of Republican politicians to decide for millions of Texans, against the will of the voters.
