Labour has the mandate and sufficient votes to force through the protection against UNFAIR dismissal from day one, and could do so.

This is a major anti-democratic proposal from Lammy. Juries reduce the risk of miscarriages of justice; and a judge for example would be free to crack down on peaceful protest, without the input of a jury.
