The i-mode demo of #FFVII Before Crisis was preserved by Cuebus and @yuvi.app! The demo contains the entirety of Chapter 1. Last year, Kraze preserved the EZweb demo. The i-mode demo contains more features, like save data transfer and functional Materia Camera.

Two days ago, I found a phone with the Before Crisis Trial version on it, and well, with the help of many members of the KeitaiWiki team. We have preserved that and made it available to play today! This is mostly the same as the BREW version, but a lot easier to play.

Working on some tools to help diagnose slowdown in @gbstudio.dev games. Can scrub through recordings and see what was running each frame. Already found a few easy wins for optimisation coming to the next release! Code up at github.com/chrismaltby/... if anyone might find it useful (plugin devs?)

A SECOND partial copy of #FFVII Before Crisis was preserved by @yuvi.app! This copy had the Two Guns Turk and a rescue mission map. The map was part of BC's asymmetrical multiplayer, where you rescued your friends. We also got Comet and Thundara materia. More details below... (1/2)

Last night, #FFVII Before Crisis demo was preserved by Irdkwia! They read the W51H's filesystem for the first time. This is all of chapter 1, and it runs in Melange (no audio support yet)! @yuvi.app is also working on inserting these chapter 1 assets into our preserved DoCoMo copy of BC.
