As I said in response to someone else on this part of the thread who then deleted his comment once I pointed this out: It's literally what's listed on the NEH website for this type of grant and is presumably what was also listed for the 2024 (nb.: pre-Trump) deadline that they applied for.

It's literally what's listed on the NEH website for this type of grant in terms of output and amount and is presumably what was also listed for the 2024 (note: pre-Trump) deadline that they applied for, which makes me find it hard to believe it's unprecedented as is being claimed here?
