This is cyclical. People complain to the Ombudsman, they investigate & issue a scathing report. Nothing changes. According to the report, by 2028, over 17,000 parental caregivers in Ontario will be over 60 years of age (us included). How is that okay? What is the DSO doing about it? Nothing.

None at this point. They need to get teams into markets that will buy the product AND THEN test the southern markets. Edmonton, Calgary, Quebec City, Detroit, Chicago, Pittsburgh etc first.
