Migraine sufferers -- this is an excellent video on some of the weirder symptoms of migraine's action on the inner ear -- it affects balance, hearing, proprioception, and overall generally clumsiness during a migraine attack. I found this really informative!

Does anyone, in Ireland, know if Freenow/Lyft are any better than Uber? I don't mean for customers, I mean for drivers. I know Uber are pretty predatory as a business and always slash workers money after a while but, are the other the same? If anyone works for them or knows someone who does?

Today's absurd sci-fi headline that's somehow our reality: Fact-checkers barred from immigrating to the U.S.
Holy shit.

Reuters reporting that new admin instructions on visas are if you worked at a platform in trust & safety or content moderation or on fact checking or online safety at an platform you *and your loved ones* are ineligible for H-1B visa.

It has been pointed out to me that this means 2.5 billion-dollar AI music company Suno has spent less money on music than many individual music fans
Billboard got access to Suno’s investment pitch deck.

It revealed that Suno has spent $32 million on compute, and $2,000 on training data.

Let that sink in.

Powerful piece by @drrachelclarke.com on the COVID inquiry. Those who say it’s easy to be wise in hindsight are being utterly disingenuous. Many of us spoke out at the time, and it’s in the public record.

Hancock: This is a clarion call for you to lead.
