First thing I did after finishing the build was send it to my parents cuz I also got a Gameboy on my bday, don't remember which tho but prolly around 6 as well.

It's really cool, the buttons work. Even the power switch has that snappy feedback. Also helps I refurbished my childhood Game Boy 6 months ago so I've been nostalgic for GB the last few months.

Wife approved and really likes it!
