While the laserdisc would have been more ideal, the VHS tape is much, MUCH more affordable.

I even had a chance to bid on a 35mm print of the short over the summer, but the final price was too much.

There's one character I made like 25 years ago, that didn't even fit in the story she was made for. More recently I thought of a way to bring her back, but it would be more of a guest appearance than a recurring role. And I have no idea when I'd get to that story, either. She wouldn't be missed.

There certainly are too many of them, but the one I'm thinking of is protected (and thin-skinned) enough that I'm pretty sure naming him would lead to a tense visit by humorless men in black suits & sunglasses, to determine whether or not I was issuing an actual threat.

casually jabs Vox in the chest, then turns & scuttles back through the gates. Vox mutters "oh, shit" and falls over dead.
Valentino, Velvette & everyone but Alastor are left shocked by the anti-climax, and wonder what to do next. Maybe the gift basket taffies make a comeback.
