Sharing imperfect idea for today - boats need filters to get some of the microplastics & forever chemicals out of the waterways as they go!
It seems ideal for ferries like this Miyajima ferry (it would also be better if these ferries were electric so they weren't putting diesel in the water)

I'll be with Alex Kerr in a few days and look forward to learning what it would take to do the thatch roof and bring back its traditional glory - the owner had given up hope of ever seeing it with thatch again but Alex & his Chiiori Alliance group are experts. Had a few inquiries already ❤️

Went out to see it for myself today - so much space & views in a stunning valley location & so much potential to breathe life back into this home & gardens 💓
