I'm definitely having a similar experience.
I am going to have to be On Here a bit less--this morning I got curious and checked, and my heart rate had jumped from its normal ~70bpm to 127bpm.

I'll still offer suggestions about things to do. But this is a reminder to take breaks when you need to. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
