Update: Mayo is greener that yours. I added rosemary. I’m a fan. Narrowly avoided disaster by mistaking basil for sage. It came out of the deep freeze and neither had much aroma.

Mayo? Have you taken leave of your senses, Akiva?

Not bad - I was killed by a flock of wild turkeys in my own front yard.

I see campylobacter.

You can. Look for the package that says “ham”.

Honestly, to him a casino means banks loan an LLC the money to help finance construction alongside government bonds while he takes his management fee for the project. It *IS* a guaranteed win for him.

That would be foolish. The ROI on Powerball tickets would be much higher.

As an American, I’m shocked that traditional conservatives would defect to a xenophobic populist leader, ignoring his fascist leanings. That would never happen here.

Of course, if it was all British leavers that prompts the question of TO WHERE? Brexit?

Ummm, the only way that post makes internally consistent sense is if Reform believes that the 690K in outward migration consists of British people. They’re implying the refugees are driving out the citizenry. Or am I misreading that?

Also stupid to add half of MAGAland into the RICO conspiracy. Defendants all started invoking the right to a speedy trial, which meant she’d had to promptly go to trial woefully unprepared and put all the evidentiary cards on the table, or settle for a slap on the wrist.

Your viewpoints seem built on a repeated and intentional rewriting of the writing of others in order to suit your narrative. That’s where this started - disagreeing with Ari about things he never said.
November 27, 2025 at 4:52 AM
You stated the case was about a single use of a racial slur and then stated the case was different from what the judge said it was. I presume you haven’t read it and are relying on a summary.
November 27, 2025 at 4:52 AM
It’s pretty obvious that US case law (and Ari) is quite consistent on this. This need to think that a single racial slur gets you expelled and courts (and Ari) have somehow blessed antitrans harassment is weird.

Poster is also refusing to read and/or outright disregarding the actual words of multiple court cases in order to suit the narrative. I’m out until they read Tinker, Castro, and Mahanoy.

I initially read that as "in case you’re struggling to write your 1A issue spotter exam" and stared in confusion, searching for a 1A angle, for a solid 30 seconds.

I’ve no doubt Ari would have the same view of the case if it had been a transphobic tweet that started this.
November 27, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Your premise isn’t correct. He wasn’t punished for a single use of a slur. It was a public tweet, seen by many. He continued to retweet complaints from his target. The court even said it was a close call, but agreed it was disruptive to learning. Tinker applies.
November 27, 2025 at 3:12 AM
What case are you referring to? Castro?
November 27, 2025 at 3:02 AM
That applies to protesting a war or using a slur or promoting a religion or (and this is a real example) disrespecting milk and other dairy products.

The words are “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech” and the exception for public schools is unless such speech will “materially and substantially disrupt the work and discipline of the school”
