My @hellofresh.bsky.social order was damaged in delivery. I used the app's AI virtual assistant, Freshbot, to complain. I responded to its question with one of the options and it couldn't cope, despite me trying multiple times.

Went on a daytrip to Manchester and gave the kids a list of stuff we could do there. 14yo bizarrely (for him) chose the library without hearing the 'ancient books' part of my description. Which is why we ended up in the gorgeous John Ryland library looking at a 1430 mappamundi and a Gutenberg bible
