It's not without its flaws (it's my first time reading a Snyder comic and he's egregiously Corny Dad at points) but it's insane how many of the wild swings just *work*. Once again, I must cite the words of my British nerd forebears: it's got thrill-power!!

I never say this about Big Two titles, let alone ongoing ones, but Absolute Batman is a visual delight and I think people should read it, esp if they have a certain affection for Bat-shit (have DC considered "guano" as a marketing term?) but have been led astray from the fold by better action comics

My collection is complete: all *two* out-of-print Steph Cherrywell graphic novels! In an ideal world there'd be more but printing out-of-print graphic novels is of course a very complicated process
