it would be interesting to hear the reaction to the hypothetical case where the dear leader has ordered the same consequences on them

Where's the evidence that these flags were actually put up everywhere by members of the public? It was obviously a very organized operation designed to stir something. A banksy like state sponsored graffiti artist operation..that magically evades detection at all times. Too many up to be public.
