ha. I've joked before that every post-game shower is 'A Journey of Discovery' as I learn what hurts and try to trace it back to a shift.
Think this one just took a while to show up and was from the Sunday night game when I got tripped on a breakaway. Kept trying to wash it off in the shower 🤦🏽♀️

Good night all around! Had 10 players, everyone was solid, I finally freakin' scored (playing wing instead of D in BB), and did not toss up the amazing pancakes I had pre-game at The Buttermilk Cafe. Yes, they are chocolate chip. Yes, I am a child :)

SECTION 11 — MALTREATMENT
Rule 11.2 Abusive Behaviour
Abusive behaviour includes targeted, persistent, or excessively profane conduct that is intended to intimidate, threaten, belittle, or demean an individual, which is often of a personal nature, but does
not rise to the level of conduct described in Rule 11.4 – Discrimination.

11.2 (e) A Game Misconduct will be assessed:
i. To any player who persists in the use of abusive conduct.
ii. To any team official who uses abusive conduct to the Referee or any person.
Note 1: A Referee is not required to assess a Bench Minor or Misconduct penalty under this rule before assessing a Game Misconduct penalty.
Note 2: Where a player or team official has been assessed a Game Misconduct penalty under this rule, the Referee will report the individual(s) by completing a Game Incident Report, including full details and submitting the report to the appropriate
Member or League delegate.
11.2 (f) A Gross Misconduct penalty will be assessed to any player or team official who conducts themselves in a manner as to make a travesty of the game. Going to assume a max amount most definitely varies per individual, I am not a medical professional, follow at your own risk, and so on and so forth.
For me: 175g bag of Haribo bears + a small pack of Swedish berries + a fistful of red feet candy = fine, w/ very thorough teeth brushing after :)
