Every time I stay here, I seem to spend more time than I should thinking of the 3 weeks I spent in the hospital at 14 because of a TBI. They never treated the TBI. They told my parents I tried to overdose and treated me for that.
They would eventually send me for a CT for after I was discharged.

My flight to Toronto tomorrow is 7 hours earlier than I thought. Air Canada threw out the rare helpful gesture by emailing me to check in 23 hours before the flight.

Just imagining how much better it would be if ALL news stories about vaccine-preventable illnesses were illustrated with pictures of people with the disease, not pictures of needle injections. If you must show something that people will find scary & unpleasant, make it the disease, not the cure.
