Do a search for holiday tweed yarn. You may not find an exact match but I spotted a couple that looked close. Good luck!

Not all essential personnel get paid during a shutdown. Congress frequently approves back pay once the shutdown ends. Until then a lot of essential staff work unpaid.

Do internet search on lifted knot stitch. I have no talent for explaining how-to, sorry. I believe that stitch is what you're looking for. Happy knitting! 🧶
