My local library is giving away unneeded copies of movies (for free!). I picked up this minor score today.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the sticker I got at @awesomecon.bsky.social a few years ago isn't salvageable from my discarded laptop lid. :/

It took two attempts due to not realizing a cable was loose, but I successfully completed my most arduous computer repair yet (and hopefully ever) today: replacing the display, hinges, and lid of my laptop.

I got myself a prize for winning my league's Maso in LL104, and it arrived today. It's an Irish 20 euro gold coin commemorating the 1000th anniversary of the 1014 Battle of Clontarf.

I attended a spotlight on the Peter Jackson adaptation of The Lord of the Rings with Sean Astin, John Rhys-Davies, Liv Tyler, and Orlando Bloom.

Got Timothy Zahn's autograph on a Thrawn Funko Pop I got for my birthday a few years ago and also in a copy of Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising. 😁
