One of the commissioner’s aides responded to the local media’s request for an explanation, saying he was aware of the noise complaints and that “our office is currently organizing a tour of the crypto facility in Hopedale to better understand the situation.”

His local Republican representative has resigned from the commission and been replaced by another Republican.

A commissioner at the meeting reassured Pizzino the new representative is “very receptive, very responsive, very similar in nature” to how the previous representative handled calls.

Pizzino told the board “nobody gets back to me” when he asks questions about who is responsible for noise control, who is responsible for the Act’s “disappearance” and who voted on it “from start to finish.”

Hats off to this guy for holding their feet to the fire.
