Temptations are a bit hit in my house too. I put them in a screw top plastic container to enhance the shaking noise.

Customize with additional seasonings you like. I add 1-2 cups of beef broth and simmer about 1 hour. Freezes well too!
Variation: Use only 1 pound meat and add a 5th can of beans. Black beans are my choice.
