My neighbor has a healthcare plan thru City of Mobile.
He went to the Doc. who ( not Dr Who ) ordered some labs, CBC, Basic chem profile, Hep Panel. Not only did LabCorp charge him for the testing. They charged a copay for each test. I never heard of that.
