This is really cool! A similar idea I had after playing InfiniteCraft was what if you made a 'slingshot' game where with a starting point and a palette of token vectors you could 'launch a conceptual rocket' through space and use it as a UI for a diffusion model. Watch it accumulate as it flies

This is kind of funny because the godfathers of AI were largely neuroscientists, and a lot of the frontier work is coming from neuroscientists, not computer scientists.

As a neuroscientist, I’d suggest there is a profound disconnect between what *some* computer scientists think is representative of “intelligence”, cognitive ability, or descriptions of consciousness from some in AI work.

I wonder if you could do a cyborg rlhf where the single rhlf pass is done with an extremely light touch, but specifically the human data generated for it gets reviewed by the RLAIF post-trained entity, they generate crits, humans use that to revise. RLAIF entity edits accepted too.

I wonder if you could transplant a smaller model into a larger one through some kind of upscaling via graph interpolation. The opposite of distillation, an uplift. Then do continued training

Feels like there's a misunderstanding going around. Blocking isn't about altering what content you see, it's about *hiding* from hostiles. Bi-directional blocks are the more noble case of saying 'I'm willing to give up informational asymmetry for the benefit of defense'
