Silly question, but why would Qatar need 210 new 747's?
Qatar has 5 now.
Smaller than Connecticut, Qatar is about 50 X 100 miles. In 2017, the population was 2.6 million (only 313,000 Qatari citizens).
Boeing's “largest-ever” widebody order, for $96 billion, seems rather odd.
