I hear you....I worked my shoulders to get ready ahead of the trip. I can't imagine if I had an injury. I was using a Canon RF200-800 which isn't too heavy.
I live in Calgary and had a place in the mountains...and yet I have very few photos of bears. Too dangerous for the bears to try to stop.
