Truly free creativity is an existence of things that are incredibly niche.
Amicus fat. Amicus with abs. Amicus as a woman. Dead Amicus. Capybara Amicus. Whatever gets your socks off.
Creatives should be allowed to express their vision.

Maybe not specifically they don't like gay men, but they're expecting these writers to do all the work for them.
These writers they are having issues with aren't accomplishing everything feasibly possible that caters to them, so they're mad.

They should learn to create their own fantasies.

Gay writers are letting gay characters shine.
This isn't a bad thing. It is the vision they have. Letting a gay character exist in a gay fantasy.

Other writers can write other stuff.

Mine wasn't long ago. 2015 And it wasn't liveable. I had to work 80 hour weeks to get by. Which also got me in trouble often because they didn't want us getting overtime, but my zone manager had no one and liked me being there to get everything done so she covered for me a lot.
