Sumrall is not staying at Tulane. Too many good P4 jobs open so he'll be going somewhere. But yeah, if you're in a P4 job with low expectations (Mizzou, Vandy), why not stay put particularly if they're willing to give you a raise and extension.

There is already a small DIY solar movement in the US mostly touted as "off-grid" (*wink*). I've though several times about pointing you at some YouTubers who are producing content in this area, including home-built batteries, etc.

Is moisture a problem with them stored on open racks or do you use a dryer on a spool just before printing with it?

There's a story to research - why have so few university athletic departments set up BlueSky accounts? Surely the social media pros running the department/sports accounts are using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, et al, that make cross-posting on all platforms easy and all support BlueSky.
