Here’s what broke me: the protein debate. How much protein do you need per day? Podcasts are pushing you need 1g per lb of body weight. And to be honest, without looking into the science and before hearing the arguments, my bullshit meter sprung to life.

Vagabond is a dark film if you watch it as a standalone film. It gets even darker when your watching it in the context of Agnes Varda’s filmography, which entertains a lot of dark themes, but this perhaps hints at the darkest. #agnesvarda

That reminder that when an actor or musician passes away, you know within the hour. When a great writer passes, it takes several days for the news to trickle down even to the reading public.

Wearing my old Garmin Vivoactive 3 on one hand and my newer Instinct on my other. Stress reading on the Vivo is between 0-10 and on the Instinct is between 40-50, telling me the stress reading is useless. Wouldn't matter so much except they use the useless stress reading to calculate my sleep score.
