I am reworking the flare system of our Fermi Paradox game for the upcoming 0.71 update

In the next update we are reworking the flare system. Additional to the regular flares a "Special Flare" is added that increases or decreases one specific civilization value In contrast to the old flares this "Special Flare" is for this turn always the same for all civilizations. So in the example case on the picture I could move to a civilization that needs harm reduction and choose this flare. Of course this is much more powerful then the old flare system so the Special Flares will cost 1 Synthesis,

The Fermi Paradox is one of the greatest games I've played. the game can go by quick, because you control how fast and how slow time passes. The beauty in this game is that anything can happen, without your intervention, or with your intervention, maybe you'll spend most of the game making sure two different races don't murder each other when they meet each other, sometimes you'll be trying to make a beloved race advanced enough so that another race doesn't think they're uncivilized and wipe them out like they did with another. Maybe you'll have a race that sends people out into space, and those people may forget where they came from over time, and mutate, and they will go to war with their parent race. Maybe you'll have a perfect space colony, and then a bunch of robots take over. Maybe you'll have a species pushed out of their home by robots, and forced to share a planet with genocidal, brutal pig people. Maybe you'll have a race of crazy, dystopian dinosaur people.
