Key findings:

1. The parental advantage associated to children's achievement in PISA declines as parental education expands.

2. Two mechanisms drive this decline:
- parental over-qualification and
- reduced positive selection of parents who attain tertiary education, with expansion.

Taloudellisesta kannattavuudesta oli kaksi laskelmaa, VM:n (tappiollinen) ja Boston Consulting (selvästi kannattava). Lisäksi EU arvioi selkeästi kannattavaksi. Jostain syystä someraati on jumittanut ensimmäisessä (jonka btw VM olisi hyvin voinut julkaista dataa ja koodia myöden niin halutessaan)
