This new legislation is terrifying—not just because of the environmental destruction these laws will accelerate, but because of the ways our sovereign rights get watered down to “economic reconciliation,” a mere assimilation into a failing economy built on our dispossession and genocide.
Canada is telling the world at #COP30 that they are committed to keeping global temperatures below 1.5C, but Carney just praised LNG and committed taxpayer dollars to projects that have detrimental consequences for Canadians and the international community they claim to stand behind! #canpoli

Brutal. I know the bandwagoner’s feelings don’t matter much here, but I have had such a special time watching the playoffs with my partner and his family, and to have newly moved across the country (something I never thought I’d do) to a city filled with so much WS excitement… Whatta gift.
