On systematic pay: the county CEO makes more than the governor by a large amount. And lots of other people in county government are impacted by measure G! If something was to be done about that, it should have been part of the public discussion and done for all of them.

Hi! To be clear: I think pay should be systematically higher in both elected and unelected public service. I object in this case (a) to the reason given for this particular person and (b) to attempting to keep it secret.
