So you could make a Ryu that plays (and looks) like SF2, a Ryu that plays like SF3, a Ryu that plays like SFA, and an overpowered, completely original Ryu that plays like Marvel vs Capcom on steroids. They can all exist in the same "game". Infinite characters infinite possibilities, infinite chaos.

MUGEN is a engine geared towards fighting games. You know how Capcom Fighting Evolution stuck characters from multiple games together and it wasn't entirely cohesive? MUGEN is that times infinity (what it means). You can build game mechanics on a per character basis. It's as chaotic as it sounds
