I've aways found this LOVE Park clip fascinating, from a time when it was mostly off-limits for skateboarding. When an Occupy encampment went up, skaters seized the opportunity.

Most city councils don't understand this. Popular images of a "skatepark" usually involve pools & half-pipes, which take a lot of room & money to build, but are way less popular w/ users than curbs and ledges
