I just checked my emails and the last time I went to an Odeon in London it was £18.49 for a normal seat, it's fucked.
And that's not even normal for London - when I saw Wicked there at a Vue at the weekend, it was £12.49 for the "VIP" seats!

Because yeah, the Predator *has* to glory-kill some people but it'd be hard to convincingly write the Joes being willing to team up with a guy that killed several of their friends for no good reason.

Yeah I was thinking about this earlier, it's a tough one. I think maybe the way you'd have to play it is having the Joes stumble into a Predator hunting, like, some Iron Grenadiers or something. And the Joes wind up "out-hunting" the Predator and earn its respect on that basis?

With Cobra vs. Aliens, you can play with the usual Alien "corporations are the real monsters" stuff since Cobra is functionally a corporation. And you end on Cobra enslaving the Aliens - my pitch is they make a biomech suit for Baroness that makes the Aliens think she's their queen.

G.I. Joe vs. Predator is obviously a classic "army guys hunted by Predator" story, and then finish it up with them developing a mutual respect for each other as warriors.
