Still crazy that all our lives in KC we never had any tornadoes touch down near us, but in the almost 7 years since moving here it’s happened multiple times (plus a hurricane!).
Here’s the path on Monday. Our house backs up to/is just on the other side of the lake the arrow is pointing to. Close.

Just missed by another tornado today. Couple of neighborhoods over from us. Had to reroute on my way to the doctor afterwards because a light pole had fallen over and was blocking the entire road that direction.

So I went through weeks of PT for this (except the COVID/Pneumonia weeks). Nothing has improved especially if I’m more active. Like walking around a cruise ship..
Trying another ultrasound guided injection tomorrow.

Unfortunately this is hip related (the one they just worked on). It was feeling alright for a bit. But now there’s popping with certain movements and when it’s hurting it’s just as bad as before the procedure. Still about 1.5 weeks til my follow up appointment. Sigh.
