Had set a 10 minute screen time limitation on Instagram about 2 months ago and never hit it. Finally deleted Instagram entirely yesterday. Feels good to step away from the constant social media bs. Even from here I’ve become disconnected and it’s a nice feeling. Peace and love to all.
