2 weeks ago, I spent a week at Milkwood for a residency. It was pure #kidlit #kidlitart magic.
Sophie Blackall painted this mural of the farm and property. Beautiful! Tools repurposed as collage! The hay loft is this big cavernous place of quiet during the day and a great place for a special dinner with friends. We had one of our guests play banjo. 🪕 A collection of antique mirrors. So many details. Everything is so considered.
