It’s been forever since I played the 3DS games but ORAS is easily one of my faves followed by sun and moon I think?

Indigo Disk might be one of my favorite things Game Freak has done in so long. Definitely a big factor why it’s no 1 for me too

Couple notes:

1. this console gen was one of the most interesting runs for gamefreak. A ton of experimentation from game to game

2. the disappoint of BDSP still stings. no platinum content, buggy, limited dex. Gen 4 deserved better

3. yes, I have Kanto bias

At a film festival someone asked me if there's anything I'd change, and that's a brutal question to ask. There's a lot I'd do differently. That's the point of making things like this--learning, etc

But my first response was MORE BLOOD.
