I will be doing an artist talk in Hamilton where my photography about the toxic drug crisis will be on display for two months at Rooney’s.

I will be exhibiting my photography about the toxic drug supply crisis at the Photo East Festival in Moncton, New Brunswick in April.

@docs4saferdrugs.bsky.social are in Campbell River today protesting, again, the lack of safe consumption sites in hospitals. They set up a pop up overdose prevention site on hospital property this morning and were asked to move off the property, so have relocated.

🧵 If you’ve had a friend or family member die from an overdose please send me a photo of your loved one and an anecdote about them. If I get enough submissions (157) I will be using the photos and anecdotes to create an installation as a part of my upcoming art exhibition in March at Gallery 881.

I had an idea for how to collaborate with the community as a part of my upcoming exhibitions. If you’ve had a close friend or family member die from overdose email a photo of your loved one. Include their name and an anecdote about them.
