If you remove the latter part by assigning your grades at random, based on ideological screeching of random neoincarnations of hitlerjugend, (e.g. TPUSA), the grades stop certifying learning and thus become useless for anyone, including the employers. No one will want to get a meaningless degree.

This also literally kills the unis' business (in broad social sense) model. The duty of a uni is not just to the student to provide tools to learn, but also to society, by certifying that learning happened. If your grades are assigned at random based on ideology, the diploma becomes useless for all.

That's literally the quickest road from the left to RFK and trutherism-quackery. And we can see right now how that one turns out: lots of dead babies.
