My kids (ages 22 and 20) and I got our Covid boosters this past Friday alongside our flu shots. No problem at all. The nurse basically said that the physical inactivity qualifier allows most people to get it. Ymmv.

I've never bought into the pseudoscience that claims that disease strengthens the immune system. That's just not healthy.

I use a smartlight in my teenage son's room to tell him when to come downstairs for dinner. Blue = almost time, Red = dinner is ready. It's quite effective.
