(This is not at all to say all my thoughts and takes are correct, just that I wish to fully tune this stuff out instead of diving into my memories of the 14th amendment or whatnot.)

Even if no one in the development process predicted this (how), tech experts, privacy experts, ethicists, etc. have been waving this red flag like we’re in a damn parade, you have an obligation to build in some damn safeguards or own that your product is dangerous.
