My outdoor walker is now home to a birds nest and eggs! Guess I'll be using my cane in the backyard for a bit, but I'm so happy discovering this! Any ideas what kind of bird it could be? We have lots of finches and sparrows around. It's not muddy like a swallow nest.

Visible showing 53 bpm when my watch was at 140 and my pulse ox reader was at 145 is really really really bad. For the first few days I was wondering why I'd only used 3 pace points but felt so bad 😅

Disabled creatives: what are you making? I'm about halfway through a blanket for my niece whose birthday might be today! At this rate, I'm hoping I'll finish by the time shes 8 weeks old 🥰

Sometimes the comorbid conditions do not get along... Went for a saline infusion for #POTS & OH. Had to hyperextend & externally rotate my elbow to keep it flowing. We also had to tape the line a certain way. So as a result #hEDS is not pleased. Left shoulder and left clavicle subluxed today in PT
