We have an early Thanksgiving dinner at 4 pm. I’ve been cooking side dishes for a couple of hours now so that they can just be placed in the oven right before dinner. The turkey is in the roaster. My feet are throbbing and two nails broken. I’m taking a break though. Is your turkey done?
