I think they will eventually. They did buff Kafka, Jingliu, Blade and Silver Wolf so we'll probably get more at some point during 4.x

Objectively, I'd probably put 2.3 lower but it let me pull Firefly so it gets S tier by default :)

3.4 is the best patch in HSR though and I will stand by that.

TBH I can probably swap around a lot of the patches in B or C tier. A-B have a lot of incredible moments that, on their own would be S tier but usually have a section that kind of drags a bit. 2.2 for example, if it were just that final section it'd probably be S tier.
