Six Sentence Saturday - 29/11 - Peeling Off/Stuck On It had taken a lot of convincing to get Estinien to bathe with Alfonce the first time, but it had quickly became a habit they both enjoyed. The careful peeling off of layers of clothing and armour, fingers moving deft, gentle, and practised as they each aided the other. The slipping together into the blissfully hot water; silky smooth and scented with oils purchased on their travels.Slender fingers pulling a comb through silver hair, then calloused ones pulling it through pink. The trust implicit in letting someone this close, in letting down your guard and being this vulnerable, and yet still comfortable. Yes, perhaps it hadn't been so bad of an idea after all.

Six Sentence Saturday - 16/10 - Something Breaking (sound/relationship/etc) Alfonce knew that this wasn't real; that the people he had slain were naught but illusions summoned by Elidibus to torment him, and yet he could not ignore the blood. Blood dripped down his blade, blood splattered across his hands, blood seeped into the crevices of his skin, the red hot blood of both his friends and enemies felt far too real. A child's voice whispered in the back of Alfonce's mind as he passed the shade of Haurchefant, and again as he slew the Heavensward once more, it whispered of sacrifice, and sin, and suffering, but even it drew silent at the figure before him now. Aymeric stood ahead, dressed in brilliant blue, as beautiful and powerful as in life, Alfonce loved him so completely, he tightened his grip on his sword. The fight lasted longer than it should have, Alfonce's hesitation drawing out the seconds, and yet it ended as it always was going to, a sickening crunch and a blade embedded deep in Aymeric's side. As Aymeric collapsed to the ground, his blood pooling around Alfonce's feet, something inside Alfonce broke, he could not move, could not pull the sword from his lover's body, could barely breath; there was but one option left to him now, he called out to Fray.

This is my wol Alfonce!

He designed and created a weapon which allows him to alternate casters and drk as needed, as he specialises in and researches magic. He also has terrible insomnia so can be found as a DOH/DOL most nights but always makes sure he's back in time for breakfast with his husbands

His friends walked at his side through the dim light, none of them knew how this would end, but they could guess. Alisaie slowed beside him, her voice too light, as though if she pretended it were a joke no one would hear her heart fracturing beneath, "You know, Alfie, it's not too late to turn back." The Warrior of Light, Warrior of Darkness, smiled softly at her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders, "and you know we can't risk that, Alisaie, too much rests on us now." She pouted up at him, trying her hardest to ignore the marks the light had made, and see instead her friend alone, "we never got to have La Noscean toast together…" Alisaie looked so young, in that moment, that despite the light Alfonce could feel consuming him, he could not help but to lie, to give false hope, "when we return to the Crystarium I'll make us some, just for you."

Text that reads: Officially the Scions of the Seventh Dawn had disbanded. Unofficially however, many of them still gathered fortnightly for dinner at Alfonce's insistence. The Warrior of Light took great delight in preparing the meal for his friends, in sharing with them his love and gratitude in a most tangible (and tasty) way. Whomever arrived too early showed rather less delight in being handed an apron, but were at least good sports about it. It had all been worth it though, Alfonce knew as he sat sharing wine and food with his close friends. All the trials, all the pain, every setback, every fight had been worth it for this, for the simple joy of sharing a meal with his friends, his family.
