Thanksgiving dinner was delicious, and as usual my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Not pictured: deviled eggs because we forgot them in the fridge and grabbed them halfway through eating.

Trying something new: meatball pot roast, inspired by a TikTok recipe.
Four small russets (skin on), 1/2 a bag of baby carrots, 3/4 of a bag of frozen meatballs, couple handfuls of frozen chopped onion, & a metric ton of garlic, plus pot roast seasoning mix made w/ chicken broth instead of water.

Also I figured out she’s the one who keeps messing up the blankets on Remi’s bed. I thought maybe it was from them roughhousing on the bed, but nope. I should’ve known it was her since she prefers to snuggle under the blanket on my lap & her hiding spot of choice is under the blankets on my bed.
