I help run an academic conference and we receive spam messages like this from time to time. I keep wanting to respond that we already have a perfectly fine way for anybody in the world to submit articles that get featured on our website (as long as you don't object to peer review).

Moduli spaces are a bit like what you’re describing. They’re spaces whose points represent configurations of some mathematical object, but which can be messier than “space” as we inhabit it. In the moduli space of smoothies, the ”dimensions” can be coupled in complex ways.
