Hot soup and Tylenol helps. Hopefully it's mild. I've had it twice, the first time was the worst, the second time it still sucked, but wasn't quite as bad, and went away quicker. It's the staving headache and body aches, like the flu, that makes it so unbearable. I hope you get better quickly.
